Michael is fascinated by the ways architecture reflects context and its potential to foster learning, healing, gathering, and community building. With a decade of experience in research, writing, and visual problem solving, Michael utilizes his eye for detail on countless site visits to document existing conditions, write audit reports, and make recommendations for improvement.
At Human Space, Michael has significantly contributed to major projects, such as the Heritage for All research project and the McMaster University Campus Master Plan. He is highly involved in the stakeholder engagement process, developing focus groups for public and professional input, performing background and solutions-focused research, and preparing project reports, as well as processing qualitative and quantitative feedback.
