Janai is committed to promoting more inclusive and intersectional processes and outcomes in the built environment through architecture and design.

As an accessibility auditor, Janai reviews client spaces in relation to accessibility standards, guidelines and better practices. She provides data and reports that identify where requirements have been met and with prioritized recommendations for remediating any accessibility concerns.

Janai’s approach is informed by her diverse skill set, which spans site reviews, data collection, diagramming, project coordination, and creation of comparison documents. Her background in environmental education and policy, as well as community programming, gives her a unique lens through which to view and approach the built environment.
