Manisha believes in thoughtful design with social impact, emphasizing inclusivity, well-being, and community involvement in the built environment. She envisions cities as spaces that enrich human experiences through intentional design, fostering resilience and equity.

As a Human Space representative in India, Manisha oversees strategic partnerships and is responsible for positioning and expanding the brand within the national market by working with industry partners. As an urbanist with extensive international market experience, she leads Human Space's objective to create equitable, resilient, and human-centered design solutions that are adapted to suit the needs of distinct communities. Her focus on 'need-based' design comes from leading projects like urban design guidelines for child friendly communities and policies supporting young children and caregivers in Indian neighborhoods, funded by the Bernard van Leer Foundation from Netherlands as part of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs' Smart Cities Mission.
