Equity and Inclusion Strategist
BES, BArch, AIA, LEED AP BD+C

Rosalind believes the power of architecture and design is its ability to create inclusion in the broadest sense; creating space is not only a physical act, it is also about making space for people, especially those under-represented or marginalized, to have their voices heard and to be empowered.

Based in New York City, Rosalind is responsible for the oversight of Human Space’s local operations, quality control and client service, along with project management. Rosalind is a registered architect in the state of New York and has US and international experience in a wide range of project types including multi-family residential, mixed-use, hospitality, commercial, adaptive reuse, master planning, and interiors.

As Co-Chair for the AIA New York Women in Architecture Committee, Rosalind advocates for women and minorities in leadership, mentorship, and diversity and inclusion within the architecture and design community. She currently serves as an Architectural League mentor and was a RISE Leadership mentor for the City College of New York (CCNY), promoting leadership development for architecture students
